Monique is an amazing trainer.  She always has great and challenging workouts that deliver results.  She works with me to build upon my strengths each week while always changing workouts each session.  Her workouts are fun, innovative, and she always pushes me to work harder.   I have been woking out with her for over four months and she is super nice, very patient, and a wonderful cheerleader.  Working out with Monique is fun and stress free.  She is dedicated to working out with the best form and safety.  She is quite knowledgeable in the field of fitness and is always making great suggestions to help me reach my goals.  Working out with Monique has been the best thing I did for myself this year.

When I first signed up with Monique, it was because I wanted to look good for my Playa del Carmen (Mexico) trip.  Monique did help me reach my goal of looking halfway decent in a bikini by the time Playa came around! But more than that, she has inspired me to keep at it outside of our sessions. So aside from the 2-3 times a week we spend together, I have been more consistent in working out on the other days of the week.  And on those days I feel lazy to go do anything, her voice suddenly pops up in my head telling me to get cracking!

Monique is a great trainer.  I really enjoy her varied routines, especially the kettle bell and TRX routines.   She has different workouts depending on your goals - including core strength and flexibility, as well as high intensity interval training.  I would highly recommend working with her.
